The FMGE December 2025 results have been declared, highlights a low pass percentage of 23.36%, once again shows the difficulty level of the exam for Foreign Medical Graduates.

Out of 43,933 candidates, only 10,264 students cleared, while 32,604 failed the examination. Additionally, 1,061 candidates didn’t appear, and 4 results were withheld. These numbers highlight the serious competition and strict evaluation standards of the FMGE exam.

The continuous low pass rate shows obstacles such as lack of exam-specific preparation, scarce clinical exposure aligned with Indian medical standards, and inadequate revision of main subjects. FMGE demands decent conceptual clarity along with practical clinical knowledge.

For new aspirants, this result works as a reminder that decent preparation, consistent mock tests, pyq’s analysis, and effective revision are vital to success. With the good approach and disciplined study strategy, passing FMGE is doable.

The FMGE Dec 2025 outcome serves as a reality check and a learning chance for future doctors wishing to practice in India.
