National Medical Commission Guides College to Seek for Return of Expired Bank Assurances

NMC has requested that the clinical universities ask for the arrival of Bank Ensures to satisfy specific circumstances.

New Delhi: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has given a notice requesting that clinical universities issue requests for the return of expired Bank Guarantees.

An authority notification on the NMC site read, “It has been seen that countless expired Bank Ensures (BGs), put together by the different clinical universities/ institutions regarding the UG/PG clinical courses, are lying in the National Medical Commission. It has, in this manner, been chosen to return those Bank Ensures on a conventional solicitation of the schools/organizations subject to the satisfaction of the accompanying circumstances.”

The commission has requested that the clinical universities ask for the arrival of the Bank Ensures to satisfy the accompanying circumstances.

• The Bank Guarantee’s validity period, which is three years for undergraduate courses and five years for postgraduate courses, has expired.
